Regional Lead Buyer T&E (Bridgewater, NJ) Source/negotiate w/ hotels, airlines, rental cars, travel agencies, & other indirect spending for U.S. ops. Dvlp/implement regional sourcing strategies;. Monitor supplier prfrmc/adherence to SLAs. . Reqs: Bach bus, eng’g, supply chain, or rltd field + 6 yrs T&E or hospitality industry exp incl procurement using local/regional knwlg of Americas for airlines, hotels, & travel mgmt. suppliers). Expw/ contract dvlpmt & negotiations in T&E/hospitality industry; fincl analysis for long-term supply contracts & capital projects, incl structured financing; analyzing T&E data sets from credit cards or travel mgmt. groups; optimizing spend options based on copr. travel patterns; Coupa (Sourcing) sftwr. Profic w/ Excel processes eg. vlookups, pivot tables, and indexing. Func knwlg of regn’l industry regs for travel btw S.America & the US.
