Position Summary
Accountable for warehouse/inventory operations related to receipt, inspection, management, replenishment and distribution of materials. Position is responsible for monitoring product par levels, conducting physical inventory/cycle counts, delivering products to end users and exhibiting exceptional customer service, internally and externally.

Qualifications
Must have valid drivers license and can pass a DOT physical Education
- High School Diploma required
- the equivalent required
Experience
- 1-3 years of Supply Chain experience preferably in materials handling and inventory management in a regulated warehouse environment. preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and department manuals. required
- Ability to perform duties independent of supervision and in compliance to regulations. required
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate the completion of multiple tasks in a timely manner. required
- Basic understanding of inventory reorder points, reorder quantities, min and max levels and the effects they have on carrying costs. required
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills. required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. required
- Understanding of inventory management concepts in the areas of planning, control and distribution including Just in Time methodologies. required
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products and Materials Management Information Systems. required
- Moderate knowledge of blood center operations. required
- Valid state driver's license required. required
