We are currently seeking a Junior FMS Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Junior FMS Program Analyst will provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case support to the PMA-276 FMS Team.

Functional Description: Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.

Duties:



  • Perform case management support including analysis, tracking and responding to requests from foreign governments; review of information to ascertain release ability; site surveys; preparation and execution of Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Case Reconciliation Reviews (CRRs); monitoring of cases from pre-case actions through case closure or termination; and preparation of documentation for all phases of the FMS process.
  • Provide administrative services including using automated office equipment to produce a variety of documents and locating and assembling information for various reports, briefings and conferences. Administrative services will also include making travel arrangements; processing of travel orders; typing documents/naval messages from handwritten drafts; proofreading; maintaining records and files; preparing documentation for reproduction and data entry; answering telephones; and preparing graphic presentation material. The contractor shall prepare all documents and correspondence in accordance with the Navy Correspondence Manual, Naval directives and systems.


Required Education: Bachelor's degree

Required Experience: Less then three years of experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $38,958.4 to $66,081.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
