Lead Rehab Services WOW, Weekends

This is a WOW (Work on Weekends) position. Schedules for WOW employees include every weekend (Nights - Friday & Saturday, Days - Saturday & Sunday). Employees in designated WOW position earn premium pay in addition to their competitive hourly rates and shift differential.

The Lead Rehab Services helps coordinate the occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech & language pathology staff, assists the manager and director by providing guidance with the clinical goals, and promotes teamwork among all personnel to ensure the standards for clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance are met. The Lead Rehab Services coordinates day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and quality services and assists the manager with department and system orientation and education. When not performing Rehab Services Lead duties, the Lead Rehab Services will function as a therapist for which they are licensed such as Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech & Language Pathologist.

Required:

• One year of occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech & language pathology experience in a clinical setting
• Bachelor Degree
• One of: Occupational Therapist (OT) (KY), Physical Therapist (PT), or Speech Language Pathology (SLP) (KY)

Desired:

• One year of occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech & language pathology experience in an acute setting
• Masters Degree
