Retail Production Associate

The Production Associate will be responsible for assisting in the production process of goods. This includes operating machinery, assembling products, and packaging finished goods. The Production Associate will work closely with other team members to ensure that production goals are met and that all products meet quality standards.

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce goods
• Assemble products according to specifications
• Package finished goods for shipment
• Inspect products for quality and defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Assist in other areas of production as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a production environment preferred
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
