Ballard Spahr is seeking a Data Analytics Manager responsible for the architecture, design, development, and management of the Firm's reporting and analytics infrastructure. This individual will lead a team and define requirements and architect semantic models, translating data modeling and business intelligence requirements into effective design. The position of Data Analytics Manager necessitates engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders, utilizing established communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to optimize the firm's technology investments. Your Role: As a Data Analytics Manager within our Information Technology Team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
What We're Looking For:
Required Experience: College diploma in the field of business administration, computer science, finance, or management information systems preferred and at least 5 years of related work experience. Prior law experience and/or familiarity with legal-specific technologies are a plus. The ability to demonstrate effective management skills by leading and motivating a team of data analysts and report specialists. In-depth business intelligence experience, with data modeling design implementation, optimization and interconnectivity methodologies. Strong experience in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric technologies to design and implement efficient data solutions and workflows.
