Industrial Painter - 2nd Shift at Talgo Inc.

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Hiring Bonus: $1,000

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm)

Talgo Inc. is looking for Industrial Painters to join our team! If you have experience in rail, automotive, or industrial painting and are looking for an exciting opportunity working on trains, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform and analyze surface preparation and painting work, ensuring technical and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and paint locomotives and coaches for both interior and exterior finishing.
• Detect and resolve errors during the surface treatment process to maintain high standards of quality.
• Work on small pieces and parts as well as full coaches and locomotives.

What You Need to Have:

• Minimum 2 years of industrial painting experience, preferably in rail, automotive, or industrial settings.
• Experience with blast booth operation is a plus.
• Ability to work the 2nd Shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
