Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university preferred and three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years' experience in the government contract DoD environment preferred. Knowledge of DoD Security Clearance process and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) clauses as it relates to contract employment requirements, such as Service Contract Act (SCA) needed. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Human Resource information systems; payroll software; and applicant tracking software. Experience with Deltek products is helpful. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
