We are looking for an Associate, Delivery to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Associate, Delivery, you will be responsible for working with Element's network of Courtesy Delivery Dealers to answer questions and resolve issues around new fleet vehicle deliveries. You will obtain status on delivery of new vehicles and obtain delivery dates to drive revenue. This position is there to provide an outstanding level of service to our customer and drive revenue for Element by getting units delivered and activated. The successful candidate will be held to individual metrics related to Service Cloud and team metrics based on the Delivery Cycle time of a fleet unit from when it lands at the dealership to being put in the hands of the client.

A Day in the Life

  • Vendor and client contact: calling and/or emailing dealers on factory orders asking for delivery status, responding to calls from dealers in a contact center environment for factory orders, responding to dealer inquiries, resolving any problems dealers have with delivery
  • Data maintenance: obtain and record status on new factory vehicle delivery orders, working in salesforce service cloud, resolving cases and addressing client/dealer partner concerns
  • Troubleshooting: taking appropriate action to resolve issues delaying the receipt of invoices or delivery of vehicles, managing and resolving issues related to damaged vehicle titles and licenses
  • Collaboration: interacting with cross-functional teams as necessary to research and resolve issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; 2 - 4 years post-secondary degree preferred
  • 1 - 3 years business experience required, with direct client or vendor interaction preferred
  • Must be able to make critical decisions when there are obstacles hindering vehicle delivery or client experience
  • Experience working within financial services, automotive, or fleet industry preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce preferred
  • Must be authorized to perform work in the country in which the position is posted, without support from the organization
  • Must be able to attend work, per assigned work schedule

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 to $64,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
