Do you have a passion for talent acquisition and finding top talent? As Watlow's Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will help attract, source and identify engineering and technical talent supporting our business during a time of unprecedent growth.

As the TA Business Partner you will be based in St. Louis, MO supporting our new talent acquisition center of excellence. You will collaborate with HR partners and business leaders across the US in response to supporting the workforce recruitment needs. Every day will present a new challenge as you partner with team leaders, build creative sourcing strategies, identify top talent, screen candidates, and facilitate the recruitment process - creating a world class recruitment experience for our hiring managers and candidates.

Your Key Responsibilities



  • Take necessary steps to understand job requirements including identifying and clarifying position profile, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills required.
  • Actively recruit, review applications, screen and interview applicants to find the best candidates that match our openings.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of the search lifecycle. Includes working with hiring managers and compensation to price job descriptions, posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and writing/extending offers letters.
  • Proactively network to develop a pipeline of qualified prospects and contacts for future searches.
  • Partner with Talent team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and sourcing action plans for all assigned positions.
  • Conduct research activities to develop talent sources and candidates for all assigned positions by utilizing our database to track current and future interest talent pool.
  • Identify targeted recruitment tools for specific positions such as internet websites, trade associations, job referral services and specialized publications.
  • When needed, work with external recruiters, employment agencies, colleges and tech schools to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Stay current of technology, recruitment trends and best practices and recommend solutions to improve recruitment experience.
  • Responsible for upkeep of Talent Acquisition metrics, data, and reporting needs.
  • Leverages and contributes to Watlow careers social networking efforts.



Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years' experience in full life cycle recruitment directly supporting engineering or technical business leaders to identify and recruit talent.
  • Experience recruiting manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, textile, production, and quality engineers highly desired.
  • Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) - Dayforce preferred.
