We are looking for an Operations Technician Plant Operator at our Conyers, GA plant. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting processes and equipment in a facility producing and shipping various industrial gases. Responsibilities include working within procedure-based systems to ensure EH&S compliance, quality assurance, reliability, and cost control.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Key member of the commissioning and startup team
  • Align with safety and environmental requirements
  • Plant operation skills, and process knowledge during the startup and commissioning of the facility
  • Starting and stopping of equipment
  • Process optimization
  • Tanker loading and unloading
  • Routine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Participation in the site safety program and continuous improvement projects
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • This role is a safety sensitive position.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
  • 2 years technical or business degree is preferred
  • Strong mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical proficiency
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing/production, processing or chemical/ petrochemical environment
  • Cryogenic plant experience is a plus
  • Strong commitment to safety, working as a team and operational perfection
Education and Licensing Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
