Position Summary: As our electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining or repair electrical wiring, equipment and/or fixtures according to strict production deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating efforts with team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects and all electrical work according to plan. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations. Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3 years commercial Journeyman experience within the industry
- Possesses a degree or certificate from a technical school.
- 3-5 yrs of experience in aerospace and/or wiring equipment and general electrical work preferred.
- Ability to build and install control panels and provide maintenance to systems.
- Experience using Electrical Single Line blueprints.
- Experience finding and repairing faults in electrical apparatus and circuits.
- Ability to verify compliance and functionality of installations.
- Experience helping with the management of a project and crew.
- Ability to manage material estimates.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and pre-planning abilities.
- Lift 50 lbs from the ground and pull 50 lbs of force.
- Perform ladder climbing, wire pulling and conduit pulling.
- Fully squat, stoop or kneel while wearing a 25 lb tool belt.
- Maintain a standing position for long periods of time while performing repetitive actions.
- Operate lift equipment; boom lift, scissor lift, man basket, etc

- Have a working understanding and knowledge of current electrical principles, codes, regulations, and best practices,
- ensuring compliance and delivery of excellent quality workmanship.
- Have the ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, engineered lighting control drawings, and all related technical
- drawings to plan and execute accurate electrical installations.
- Perform skilled electrical installations, wiring of workstations, production equipment, electrical utility equipment, panels and
- transformers ensuring compliance with governing agencies and national electrical codes.
- Have knowledge on maintaining and repairing cooling and heating systems to ensure environment control are running
- properly.
- Perform lighting control installations and programming while ensuring compliance with drawings, governing agencies, and
- codes.
- Plan, coordinate and execute layouts utilizing architectural plans. Use laser for proper installation of lighting fixtures,
- suspension points, and conduit or utility racks.
- Have the ability to identify, diagnose with testing devices, and repair electrical issues in various systems. Identify and
- implement preventative maintenance on electrical systems to prevent future issues. Use Thermal imaging equipment to
- identify potential risk of electrical equipment and perform needed repairs.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to other team members to meet project expectations with quality and efficiency.
- Provide daily and as-needed job progress updates, including challenges and changes to Management in a timely manner.
- Communicate all electrical needs, ensure employees are safe, and provide further information as needed to management to
- avoid production barriers.
- Proactively foresee, plan, and communicate material and equipment needs for upcoming phases of work.
- Maintain and work with a "safety first" approach to all work while remaining in compliance with company policies, industry
- regulations, and standards. Conduct Arc Flash Assessments and labeling per NFPA 70E and strictly follow requirements.
- Have the knowledge and ability to utilize scissor lifts, boom lifts, and single man-lifts, etc. in order to perform assigned work.
- There is potential for additional duties and responsibilities in support of business needs.

Pay Transparency: Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $68,640- $85,000 (DOE) per year, plus incentive compensation.
