Essential Job Functions	This role will assist with the overall operation of athletics equipment and serve as the primary contact for all Olympic Sports programs. The position works with all sports to help meet their equipment needs. The position is responsible for program development, and implementation, assisting with budget control, purchasing, receiving, and inventory.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position	Must have good organizational and communication skills to communicate with coaches and staff concerning changes that are taking place.
Preferred Qualifications	Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years experience with a Division I equipment operations program. Must be very organized and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Required Functional Competencies to Successfully Perform Job Duties.	Safety and Health Management Must stay up to date with the latest changes in player safety regulations as it relates to equipment, per NCAA rules and regulations. In-house safety as it relates to equipment and laundry procedures for staff. Human Resources Management Supervises staff of students to ensure equipment and laundry operations are conducted in accordance with university and departmental policies. Sales & Promotions Knowledge of essential equipment to be purchased for all teams. Budget Management Works with the coaching staff, athletic staff, and business manager in the researching and purchasing of equipment and apparel and justifies budget requests.

Pay will be commensurate with applicant competencies, budget, equity and market considerations.
