Retail Store Associate

The Retail Store Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting customers with their purchases. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for retail.

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized store by restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and keeping the store tidy
• Process transactions using the point of sale system and handle cash and credit card payments
• Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services
• Assist with inventory management by receiving and stocking merchandise
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
