We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Growth to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will focus on leveraging Product-led Growth (PLG) principles to drive product adoption and upsell opportunities for existing Salesforce customers Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development and Execution

Preferred Qualifications 1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in product-led growth, SaaS marketing, or related leadership roles 2. Proven track record of driving product-led growth strategies for a SaaS or technology company 3. Strong understanding of product management principles, lifecycle management, and user experience design 4. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to optimize performance and make informed decisions 5. Experience managing and optimizing growth funnels, including customer acquisition, activation, and retention in hybrid sales models. 6. Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing cross-functional growth teams 7. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify innovative growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment 8. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.
