Role OverviewAs a Principal Product Designer on Salesforce's Agentforce UX Platform team, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for AI-powered agent creation and management experiences. This senior individual contributor (IC) role is for a design leader, problem solver, and systems thinker who thrives in complexity, collaborates across teams, and shapes the future of AI-powered enterprise workflows. You will lead cross-functional design initiatives that define how businesses build, deploy, and manage AI agents, ensuring the experience is intuitive, scalable, and human-centered. As an influential voice in AI and enterprise UX, you will mentor designers, drive best practices, and champion innovation that aligns with Salesforce's broader AI and platform strategy. For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $230,800 to $334,600. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $211,500 to $306,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $230,800 to $334,600. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $211,500 to $306,600. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
