Overview

Otter Products is currently recruiting for a National Account Representative to join our Channel Reseller team! This role will work a hybrid schedule on our headquarters campus in Fort Collins, Colorado.

As a National Account Representative, you will apply practical knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, our products, the industry, and our customers with a focus on sales activation and executing sales programs to drive sell-thru across an assigned national channel reseller account(s). This role applies relevant experience and good judgement to develop and grow strong relationships with key accounts and other stakeholders. This role will require cross-functional collaboration with our channel account managers, sales operations, and demand team to enhance brand presence and optimize sales performance. In this role, you will support National Service Providers (NSP) CDW, Insight, SHI, Zones, and Connection, displaying a proved track record of success supporting Lead Channel Account Managers.

Responsibilities

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a strong understanding of competitive insights, alignment on sales objectives and promotional activities.
  • Develop and implement effective field sales enablement activation strategies that align with company goals and drive product visibility and sales at the channel reseller level.
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Manager (CAM) to design and execute innovative sales programs tailored to national accounts that promote product engagement and increase sell-thru rates.
  • Provide inputs to assist with forecasting/demand planning
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategy and identify new opportunities for growth within national accounts.
  • Collaborate with the CAM team to manage and allocate MDF buckets effectively, ensuring use to maximize sales impact and ROI.
  • Partner with CAM to develop marketing strategies with shopper team/ channel marketing teams to ensure seamless execution on sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of salesforce, deal registration and sales programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Gathers insights from the field channel resellers to inform immediate sales tactics and improvements.
  • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience is required.
  • Experience supporting National Service Providers (NSPs) such as CDW, Insight, SHI, Zones, and Connection required.
  • Experience with Salesforce required.

For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range Minimum

USD $70,400.00/Yr.


For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range Maximum

USD $88,000.00/Yr.
