Job Highlights
The Senior HR Representative plays a key role in providing direct support, service, and administration across critical HR functions, with a focus on Union and Non-Union payroll, benefits, and other HR administrative tasks. This position demands a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to ensuring compliance and consistency in all HR processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Union Support: Manage union timekeeping, attendance, and other union-related projects.
- Leave Administration: Oversee and administer FMLA and other employee leave processes.
- Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Administration: Provide guidance on and manage the administration of the Kalama CBA.
- Event and Project Support: Assist with company initiatives such as open enrollment, employee engagement events, and other HR-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in payroll and/or HR role. Experience in a union environment is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Union contract, timekeeping systems, payroll processing.
- Knowledge of Federal and State Leave Laws and payroll regulations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire and aptitude to grow into an HR Generalist or HR Manager role.

Actual compensation will be based on candidate's qualifications and experience.
