Senior Maintenance Manager - Food Manufacturing

Atwork Personnel has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities and Maintenance Manager position for a food production company in West Valley City, UT The new Facilities and Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of maintenance for the processing and production machines. This includes repairs on demand, preventative maintenance, machining of parts and equipment, and purchasing parts and supplies as needed. Our client is growing and looking for the right manager to help provide guidance and help them grow this year.

What You'll Do:

• Will be managing a team of 2-4
• Create and implement maintenance procedures CMMS
• Plan and manager all repairs and installation activities
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
• Maintain all machinery to ensure it's at working standards
• Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates
• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations
• Document and prepare daily progress reports
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility
• Ensure all safety policies are followed

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in food manufacturing and pharmaceuticals* Bi-lingual in Spanish and English a strong plus* Agility and ability to pivot and manage critical issues effectively, along with appropriate and timely escalation of issues.* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.* In-depth knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements.* Attention to detail; multi-tasking skills; excellent time management skills.* Ability to work independently.* Flexibility and adaptability to a rapidly changing, fluid environment.
• Starting pay is $100 - $150K a year base on exp
