Overview
The Emergency Management (EM) Training and Resource Coordinator manages and provides education and hands-on training related to emergency preparedness for the Carle BroMenn, Carle Eureka and off-stie clinical facilities within the region. This position works closely with other departments (Security, Facilities, Safety Specialist) to schedule needed training and disaster exercises. The EM Training and Resource Coordinator is also responsible for the maintenance, rotation, and upkeep of disaster supplies and equipment located on the campus and throughout the region and will provide disaster drills to Carle departments or facilities as assigned by the director. The EM Coordinator will be responsible for other duties as assigned by the EM Director. Qualifications License/Certifications:

Other Knowledge/Skills: Teaching experience. Disaster exercise design and application. National Incident Management System (NIMS) course completion or experience in Incident Command, basic knowledge of medical equipment, portable hand-held radios. Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $23.26per hour - $38.84per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
