Compensation: We offer our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The salary range for this position is $95,160.00 to $100,638.00 and may be commensurate with experience. Position Description: The Director of Annual Giving is a strategic leadership role responsible for sustaining and enhancing financial resources essential for the achievement of SOME's strategic business goals. This pivotal position oversees the planning and execution of a comprehensive annual giving strategy and fundraising program, managing multi-million-dollar direct mail and digital giving initiatives, alongside other individual donor fundraising opportunities.. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree or 8 years of fundraising experience in place of a degree; Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or related fields, with a proven track record of success in individual giving and donor relations. Preferred: Graduate degree, CFRE, CAP, or relevant professional certificate or training highly regarded. Required License/Certification: N/A Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (40 hours per week); Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office/week) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Reports to: Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer Position Designation: This position is designated as Safety Sensitive.
