A Front Row Seat to Innovation Position Purpose- As a Leadership Recruiter (Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist) at Children's Hospital Colorado, this position plays a vital role in shaping the hospital's future by leading full-cycle recruitment for leadership roles (manager and above), hard-to-fill positions, and strategic hiring initiatives. With a focus on attracting top talent, it will drive innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong, mission-driven workforce. Beyond recruitment, this position will take the lead on high-impact projects to enhance hiring processes, improve efficiencies, and elevate Talent Acquisition strategies. Additionally, this position will mentor Talent Acquisition Specialists, guiding them through complex searches and sharing best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on leadership hiring and talent strategy at Children's Hospital Colorado! Hiring Range: $ 92,357 to 112, 881 Schedule: Full time, benefits eligible. This position is estimated to be 50% onsite in Aurora, CO and 50% remote. Coordinates and conducts full lifecycle recruitments, to include: -Partnering with clients to determine assessment & selection criteria against organizational talent strategies. -Sourcing qualified candidates using targeted recruiting methods including on-line job boards, networking, social media and referrals. -Posting job advertisements to various mediums and assist to identify and track the most successful recruiting campaigns through report generation and analysis. -Screening resumes using applicant tracking system and making appropriate recommendations. -Moving candidates through interviewing process, conducting phone screens, recording feedback, scheduling in-person interviews, sending follow up emails, etc. -Working with hiring managers to determine starting pay, when requested. -Applies a high touch service delivery approach to meet client needs, adapting the approach as needed to meet client needs. Assesses client business operations and workforce planning to anticipate their staffing needs. Forecasts future staffing/recruitment needs utilizing data analytics and Human Resource metrics. Develops a targeted strategy, plan and solution for current and future recruitment needs. -Ensures organizationally aligned interview guides are being utilized across the system. -Coaches leaders on Talent Acquisition best practices that align with our organizational mission, vision, values, diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Develops, updates and/or delivers training content to be utilized system wide. -Responds to and resolves candidate questions and complaints throughout the interview process, coordinates events and logistics for interviews. -Interprets and explains federal and state regulations and internal guidelines as they pertain to recruitment and selection activities. Ensures all the phases of the recruitment and selection process comply with applicable regulations and guidelines. Stays informed and tracks changes to regulations and guidelines, providing on-going updates to team and other stakeholders. -Leads projects or studies to discuss, finalize, and implement recommendations to improve internal processes and procedures, with changes aimed at improving the customer experience. Researches and recommends changes to streamline recruitment and selection processes and monitors effectiveness of various recruitment approaches. -Collaborates across HR Functions and partnering departments to process talent management transactions and to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they surface with processing transactions -Seeks out relevant industry resources and internal resources to gain knowledge of the organization, the functions/responsibilities of open positions and trends in the healthcare industry to provide high-touch service delivery to candidates and hiring managers on recruitments. -Develops and delivers trainings for organizational leaders on talent acquisition best practices. -Researches and recommends strategies for attracting candidates to fill critical roles and ongoing capability needs. Proactively seeks solutions to projected workforce shortages and challenges. -Serves as organization's point of contact for vendors, facilitating the contracting process between the vendor and Children's Hospital internal stakeholders. Researches, recommends, and negotiates changes to vendor agreements and terms. -Provides guidance and advice to Talent Acquisition Specialists, Sourcing Strategists and Onboarding Specialists and day-to-day work direction to Talent Acquisition Specialists. Assists leadership with orienting new team members to CHCO Talent Acquisition and HR processes, policies, and procedures. Other Information

Salary Information Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $82,095.81 to $123,143.72Hourly Salary Range: $39.47 to $59.20 Benefits Information Here, you matter.
