Medisolv is a national leader in healthcare quality data management solutions for hospitals and providers. Its all-in-one quality management platform, ENCOR, helps healthcare organizations advance patient care by measuring and improving their performance on more than 500 national quality and safety measures, including those required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, The Joint Commission, private payers, and state agencies. Medisolv now serves more than 1,800 hospitals and 15,000 providers nationwide. As part of a recent investment by Bessemer Venture Partners Forge in 2023, the company is undergoing a period of transformation and growth.

We are looking for someone who can play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that product teams have the necessary resources, data, and tools to deliver high-quality products on time.




What You'll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives



In your first 30 days, you will onboard and get to the know the people, products and departments that make Medisolv run and will:



  • Understand how engineering and Product Management teams are organized and what value propositions they are each responsible for.


In your first 3 months, you will:



  • Leveraging existing tools, define and implement processes to standardize ongoing prioritization, planning, estimation activities.


In your first 6 months, you will:



  • Aggregate planned work into visually-appealing, multi-level roadmaps.
  • Assist Product Managers in customer engagement activities to validate product requirements, inform future priorities.


In your first 12 months, you will:



  • Define, implement methodology to help scale the product management function appropriately with the business.



Who We're Looking For - The Personal Competencies That Matter




  • Process Optimization: Streamline and improve product development processes, workflows, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align product roadmaps, timelines, and resources.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely product launches. Track milestones, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Data & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on key product metrics, tracking progress against KPIs. Provide actionable insights to drive product decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Tool and Resource Management: Oversee and manage tools, systems, and platforms used by the product team to ensure they are optimized and aligned with team needs.
  • Change Management: Support change management efforts by ensuring teams are equipped with the right information and processes when adjustments or changes are made to product plans or roadmaps.



What You Bring - Skills and Experience


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in product operations or product management, or project roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficient in product development/management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in a fast-growing startup or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.
