Your Role

Are you a driven sales professional with a background in Mechanical Engineering? We are looking for an Turboexpander Specialist to join our team and promote the sale of Aftermarket products and services to customers within the North America territory.

As a Turboexpander Specialist, your main mission is to apply the current GAP strategy and develop new concepts to promote the sale of Aftermarket Parts, Service, Component Repairs, and Advanced Services for our GAP turboexpander product line within North America. You will work to maximize order intake through constant contact and frequent visits with customers to ensure growth and sustainability targets are achieved. Emphasis on rebuilding customer relationships and providing real-time technical assistance will be instrumental for success in repair and service work.

As a Turboexpander Specialist:



  • You will maintain key account customers and sustain long-term customer relationships.
  • You will identify and acquire new customers and capture business back from competitors.
  • You will document CRM data for reporting sales performance and strategy development.
  • You will collaborate with product companies to reduce response time, maximize customer satisfaction, and develop new products or services based on market intelligence.
  • You will provide technical support and expertise to customers in regard to service planning, maintenance best practices, parts inventory management, equipment efficiency, breakdowns, contract negotiations, and business needs.
  • You will follow up on sales proposals to customers to secure order intake.
  • You will contribute to the regional market development strategy and explore new business opportunities.




To succeed, you will need



  • A Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience with strong mechanical aptitude in turboexpander technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter attitude, and drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Currently reside in North America and have the ability to travel within North America up to 70%.
