Job Summary: Under supervision of OCC Management, the OCC Operator performs support of network infrastructure. The OCC Operator performs monitoring and troubleshooting of the telecommunications, network, and satellite operations. Having outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that allow them to work efficiently with other team members to maintain the successful operation of our global ground (Gateways) and space-based (Satellite) networks.
