This full-time role is from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. The pay range is $24 - $25 hourly, depending on experience. . Your Qualifications To be a good fit for the Clinical Program Assistant opportunity, you will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a medical, healthcare or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of and experience with KIPU is advantageous.
  • Current AED, CPR/First Aid Certification or the ability to obtain prior to start.
  • Positive attitude, professional, organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
    Physical Requirements:
  • Activities involve sometimes sitting at office desks and in front of a computer monitor.
  • Ability to lift and carry light objects and parcels incidentally.
  • Regular verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills required.
  • Significant walking and ability to climb stairs.
