Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Department, reporting to the Director of Marketing. This role will serve as the primary driver of proposal excellence while managing our content strategy across all channels. Success in this position requires a strategic mindset, strong graphic design capabilities, writing skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver compelling content that drives business growth.

Business Proposal Support



  • Serve as marketing's lead representative for RFP/RFQ responses, elevating our proposals above competitor submissions. Focus will be on Private and Large Business Federal Proposals.
  • Design and implement proposal templates customized for each market sector
  • Create and maintain a library of winning proposal content, including standardized formats for:


Market sector-specific responses for:



  • Team resumes and qualifications
  • Project case studies and photography
  • Trade show materials and presentations
  • Track proposal success metrics and implement continuous improvements based on data


Content Creation and Management



  • Develop and execute a strategic content calendar across all channels - Website, Email, Blog and Social
  • Establish and manage processes for job site video and photo shoots
  • Coordinate with project teams to capture compelling visual content that showcases our work
  • Write and edit content that demonstrates our expertise and capabilities
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all materials



Digital Management and Analytics



  • Track and analyze performance metrics across website, email, blog, and social channels
  • Utilize Salesforce to connect marketing and sales data for targeted campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for content optimization based on performance data
  • Implement data-driven improvements to proposal and marketing content
  • Manage digital asset library and ensure accessibility across teams


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Work directly with Business Development and Pre-Construction teams on proposals
  • Partner with project teams to coordinate site documentation
  • Support Marketing Director in strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with external agencies on design and production

Pay Range:

$85,000 - $95,000+ (DOE)

The base salary range for this position as of posting is Richard's good faith estimate of the possible compensation for this role. The range for this role takes into account the factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
