Here's what you'd do:

  • This role will oversee program administration activities, including vendor performance management, deliverable tracking, risk and issue escalation, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • This individual will build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive value and maintain transparency throughout the ERP transformation.
  • The ideal candidate combines expertise in contract management, vendor management, and program administration with exceptional attention to detail along with organizational and communication skills.
  • This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of leading in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • This short-term role focuses on defining and implementing the business processes, tools, and frameworks necessary to enable efficient program administration of contractual deliverables within the ERP Transformation Program .
  • Reporting to the Finance Manager within the ERP Transformation Team, this position ensures alignment with organizational objectives while fostering collaboration across business units.
  • Oversee contract administration processes, including compliance monitoring, milestone tracking, and alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and tactical direction regarding contract administration best practices for the ERP Transformation Team.
  • Analyze contracts and financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value optimization.
  • Support financial operations by developing dashboards, automating processes, and ensuring transparency in program performance against objectives.
  • Train a mid-level analyst to sustain operations and enable a smooth transition upon contract completion.
  • Act as the primary contact for program administration, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project management, supply chain, accounts payable, and leadership to validate deliverables, address payment requests, and resolve contract matters.
  • Develop and document process workflows and procedures to standardize program administrative practices.
  • Monitor program contract performance, escalate risks, and ensure adherence to internal controls, KPIs, and GASB principles.
  • Support resource demand and capacity management to ensure optimal resource deployment and execution.
  • Establish processes and train a mid-level resource to assume ongoing program administration responsibilities.
  • Lead by example, fostering trust and collaboration within the program management office and across project teams.
  • Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional growth and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on administration best practices and processes.
  • Cultivate an inclusive team culture that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and high performance.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $75.3/ hr

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Length: Temporary (18 months)

  • Minimum 6 years experience in developing financial models.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's Degree
  • Professional Certification, such as PMI, BRMI.
  • Analytical capability gained through demonstrated success
  • A demonstrated ability to work effectively with business executives, leaders, with all levels of professionals, and with project managers and teams.
  • Proven exceptional ability to prepare executive-level material and present at the executive level.
  • Exceptional skills at producing qualified business cases
  • Good Financial acumen
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills.
  • Organizational leadership and change skills.
  • Ability to clarify ambiguous information or instructions into actionable steps.

  • Portfolio Management Experience.

  • Strategic vendor management.
  • Experience in Utility industry.
  • Experience working in a large-scale organization and complex environments, perhaps in a Consulting or Advisory role
