Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Unit Administrator/Specialist Casual for the School of Nursing.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Assists with contract initiation, review, negotiation, and routing.
- Serves as liaison between clinical sites and the School of Nursing.
- Assists with student clinical clearance process.
- Reviews undergraduate and graduate clearance status.
- Reviews reports from campus partners and communicate information to appropriate individuals.
- Assists the Clinical Compliance Office with running reports, and assisting with special projects.
- Answers questions and send timely responses to students who request information from the Clinical Clearance Office via telephone, email, or other methods.
- Verifies clearance data is correct in the Canvas, Access database, and clinical spreadsheets.
- Follows up on missing documentation with students.
- Prepares emails and related materials for student follow-up with any clinical clearance policy or procedure.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

- Must exercise independent judgment when it comes to review and routing contracts for approval and signature.
- Must have excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
