Description
This role is responsible for the banquet service functions for Hilton Charlotte Uptown. The Banquet Server will complete required duties before, during and after events and collaborate the culinary team to ensure high quality service. Addtional duties will include completing table set-ups by properly placing silverware and glassware, placing food items on the tables, assisting guests with any requests such as beverage refills, clearing of plates and cleaning of table at conclusion of events. The ideal candidate is able to meet these objectives by effectively partnering with team members and other hotel departments to deliver the highest quality product and service.
