Responsibilities The Configuration Management/Change Management (CM/ChM) Specialist position supports the Intelligence Community (IC) client's Communication (COMM) Directorate Using both a technical advisory and hands-on approach, the CM/ChM specialist is responsible for supporting Configuration Management and Change Management functions using existing engineering processes.
