Position Summary:

Engineering Interns are responsible for supporting the general needs of the development team.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Failure Mode Analysis
    • Analyze analog and digital circuitry, identifying potential failure modes
    • Simulate failure modes on the bench or with simulation tools
    • Propose design mitigations for identified failure modes
  1. Development Support
    • Assist with development efforts as required, under the direction of an Engineer
      1. Product testing
      2. Software testing/validation testing
      3. Dry run test methods/test plans
      4. Technology Research
      5. Circuit Design

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 3 years undergraduate schooling (or equivalent) in electrical engineering (BSEE)
  • Analog and digital design skills
  • Bench test and debug skills (oscilloscope, etc.)
  • 0-2 years (or equivalent) towards a MSEE preferred
