Pay: $110,000 - $125,00 depending on experience + bonus potential

About Us: AB Staffing Solutions is dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral health services in educational settings. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and make a positive impact on students' lives.

Position Overview: We are looking for a full-time BCBA to supervise and support our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) working in schools throughout the greater Sacramento area. This hybrid position requires regular in-person availability to meet with clients, train staff, and attend essential meetings at our Sacramento office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ABA programs for students with Autism in a school setting.
  • Supervise RBTs and BTs in applying ABA techniques.
  • Provide parent training on ABA principles.
  • Create and oversee behavior support plans.
  • Develop and monitor behavior modification strategies and reinforcement systems.
  • Collaborate with families, school staff, and case workers.
  • Conduct regular observations and provide feedback to RBTs and BTs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in treating autism using Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in grades K-12
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel within the greater Sacramento area as needed.
