Job Highlights
Provide project engineering, equipment design, and construction management for capital projects in addition to providing oversight to the maintenance and reliability of the electrical infrastructure of the entire site. Maintenance of the electrical infrastructure and improvement thereof, creates a compliant and safe workplace that can perform to desired safety and production targets
- Manage capital projects ranging from small, replacement in kind maintenance projects to large, multi-million dollar improvement projects as a major part of the site's overall growing capital budget. Responsibilities include project submittal, procurement of services and materials, installation, and implementation while maintaining code requirements, budget, and desired time constraints. Managing contractors and outside consultants is a requirement.
- Engineering design, project evaluation support, equipment design, and equipment specification.
- Support day-to-day operations as it relates to electrical topics. Help solve operational problems and develop improvement concepts to improve reliability, providing guidance to plant electricians and contract electricians.
- Manage existing programs and implement new programs to ensure that environmental, operational, and compliance needs of the facility are achieved from an electrical nature.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable degree program.
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management.
- Equipment/system design skills.
- Electrical code and regulatory knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Actual compensation will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
