We're looking for a Non-Technical trainer to join our team to develop and deliver training materials as required, and to the agreed specification, quality and standards. In conjunction with the Training Manager you will plan, manage and organise your time to ensure the required balance between training development and delivery is met.

This is a hybrid role, based at our client site in Dubai and involving travel around GCC.

Job Summary




  • To act as a brand Ambassador for the client, displaying at all times, enthusiasm, knowledge, brand values and behaviours of both companies.
  • The development and local adaptation of global training materials as approved with the client to include any variations in content or languages as required.
  • The delivery of approved Training materials in line with the dealer training needs requirements and Training schedule as published. This will be both IBT and VCT and delivery in Arabic and English.
  • To follow a process of continuous improvement in the development and delivery methodology of all Training materials.
  • To make recommendation for innovation and the use of Technologies to improve the overall leaner experience and competence.
  • Translation of documentation both in Word and ppt into Arabic.
  • To develop cross functional knowledge and subject matter expertise as agreed with the Training Manager, in order that all required courses can be delivered by the team in times of colleague's absence.
  • To work with the local teams in markets, communicating regularly by email and telephone.To prioritise and plan the timing of work to ensure that expectations are met.
  • To continually develop personal subject matter expertise, knowledge and skills as required.
  • To ensure all required steps are planned and followed in a timely manner order to ensure personal availability to travel throughout all relevant territories to deliver training as required.
  • To regularly communicate with the Training Manager to ensure work is planned effectively and that processes are adhered to, identifying any risks and bringing those to the attention of the Training Managers as required.



Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced Trainer with both design and development experience of non-technical training in the automotive industry.




  • Proven history of subject matter expertise in dealer Sales and aftersales business, relevant products, process and procedure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Confident and effective group control and management skills.
  • Ability to plan and implement tasks effectively without supervision.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks within tight deadlines and adapt as required.
  • Ability to manage relationships up to a senior level.
  • Ability to stay calm at all times and promote a professional face to all our customers.
  • Self-starter and ability to manage own time.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Enthusiastic and Energetic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required.
