Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks related to Developing and enhancing Documentum D2 24.3 Application in AWS cloud Environment.
  • Generate high quality project documentation such as run books, wiki pages etc.
  • Solve complex technical problems such Rest Services AWS Cloud Environment Documentum Platform issues etc.
  • Monitors and tunes Documentum environment in order to obtain optimum performance
  • Test and or codes programs and resolve related problems in large complex systems
  • Deploying the D2 Configuration, Documentum Custom Jobs, Custom Application deployments into Test, QA & Production Environment through Git Hub, CI/CD Pipeline Release etc.
  • D2 Development for Enhancement requests.
  • Good communication analytical skills problem-solving skills and learning attitude
  • Coordinating with offshore Team Members and providing the Daily status to the Respective Team.
  • Mentoring Junior Resources
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills Articulate and facilitate conversations with business owners' delivery team clients

Qualifications:

- Documentum
- AWS
- Java

  • 8+ years of experience in Documentum administration
  • Hands on Experience in Documentum D2 Configuration and Administration (Development, Configuration and Supporting)
  • Able to understand current requirement in iStream web application and convert it to D2 Configuration
  • Hands on experience supporting or Developing Rest services using either Java/Spring Boot
  • Experienced with DevOps tools for release using Java & J2EE technologies, REST, Web Services, Spring, GWT framework
  • Experienced with databases like Oracle and SQL Server, Postgress SQL.
  • Relevant experience with API concepts and technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, YAML, and Swagger
  • Messaging platforms such as SQS / SNS
  • In-depth knowledge of development tools like Composer, IDQL, IAPI, DAR Installer, Eclipse, STS, SoapUI, Postman etc.
  • Knowledge of Git, BitBucket, Jenkins automation
  • Experienced with Application servers like WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, TC Server.
  • Progressive experience in all the phases of SDLC includes Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Maintenance, and Support of software applications.

Leadership Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate the experience and ability to work without technical guidance and to lead and/or supervise a team of specialists
  • Must have experience in Mentoring Junior Resources in the Team
  • Possess superior oral and written communication skills in order to clearly and effectively convey issues and ideas to team members, management and customers
  • Experienced with providing support for existing production applications, fixing, resolving problems.
  • Experienced with agile methodology of development

Desired Qualifications:

  • EMC Documentum Content Management Foundation, Architect Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 3/12/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $72K - $160K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
