Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until April 7th, 2025 The annual salary for this position is between $225,000 - $325,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Brand Analytics Domain-Sales Service Marketing LS Salesforce and Sales and Marketing. This hybrid role requires excellent leadership and strategic planning skills to drive sales and marketing initiatives. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel. Responsibilities *Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives. *Oversee the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. *Provide insights and recommendations based on brand analytics to drive sales performance. *Manage and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. *Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies. *Utilize LS Salesforce to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions. *Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through effective service delivery. *Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. *Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. *Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. *Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. *Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance. *Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team. Qualifications *Possess extensive experience in Brand Analytics Domain-Sales Service Marketing LS Salesforce and Sales and Marketing. *Demonstrate strong leadership and strategic planning skills. *Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Show proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and software. *Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. *Display the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. *Maintain a customer-centric approach to sales and service delivery.
