As a key leader, you will work with the Executive Director of Casualty Field Underwriting to shape the integration of Large Casualty and Excess Workers' Compensation into a unified underwriting team. You'll drive new business production, profitability, and market relationships, while refining account servicing and internal efficiencies. Success in this role includes maximizing renewal retention, enhancing underwriting capabilities, and mentoring underwriters to ensure long-term growth. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range.
