Job Summary:

As a Client Relationship Administrator at PeoplesBank Wealth, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our PeoplesWealth and Private Client Groups. Your responsibilities will include supporting new business and client administration, executing financial transactions for Wealth Management clients, and delivering exceptional service. You'll use your diverse skills and knowledge to research and respond to client questions, evaluate various account types, and prepare necessary paperwork for both current clients and prospects. Acting independently, you'll have full responsibility for scheduling appointments with clients, prospects, and vendors. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As a Client Relationship Administrator at PeoplesBank Wealth Management, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our PeoplesWealth and Private Client Group teams. You'll manage office functions, review, and sort mail, and create a welcoming, professional, and friendly experience for visitors. Keeping our Wealth Management supplies stocked and organized will be part of your routine, as will handling client calls and inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
  • You'll play a key role in onboarding new Private Clients, establishing their accounts, and working closely with relationship managers to send out welcome kits, birthday cards, and appreciation tokens. Preparing documents and new account applications while ensuring client confidentiality will be essential.
  • Your organizational skills will shine as you schedule team meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items. You'll manage calendars for Wealth Management members, booking appointments with clients and prospects. Additionally, you'll assist with marketing, social media, and client communication needs.
  • You'll prepare and send customer communications, provide ad hoc reports, and gather demographic information to support our Wealth Management clients. Building relationships with referrals and existing clients will be key to laying the foundation for future appointments. Coordinating with external partners like product wholesalers, attorneys, CPAs, and other financial professionals will also be part of your role.
  • You'll identify opportunities to streamline customer onboarding processes and improve the overall customer experience. Compliance with all regulations and bank policies is a must, and while the position is based at headquarters, occasional travel to banking centers or other locations to assist clients may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Expert in MS Office365 (Word, Excel & Outlook)
