Job Description General/Position Summary The Director, Medical Affairs Digital Programs is responsible for shaping the Medical Affairs digital strategy, in line with the overall Medical Affairs Vision and Strategy. Reporting into the Sr Director Digital Medical Affairs, this role identifies and prioritizes the specific needs to solve with Data & Technology and works closely with the DTE partner on building the plans to realize the business and technology strategies. This role requires deep and broad understanding of Medical Affairs' roles and responsibilities including compliant ways of cross-functional partnerships. This role will work closely with various functions across Medical Affairs globally at all levels up to the MLT, and key Medical Affairs functional partners to determine needs and requirements and to ensure systems, processes and analytics are meeting the needs of Medical Affairs teams and comply with legal and quality standards. The Director will lead the execution of the strategy, oversees business process optimization, organizational change management and technology adoption. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Pay Range: $190,700 - $286,000Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
