Responsibilities Job Summary This position serves as an essential member of the Technology & Data Analytics team to support Foundation Development Divisions / Gift Officers. This AVP strategically utilizes ethically gathered prospect and donor information necessary to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward engaged relationships in support of HonorHealth. Primary responsibilities include conducting ongoing data analysis, strategy development, matrix stage prospect management, individual prospect research and profile development, and supervising prospect research vendor(s) / researcher(s). This AVP of Portfolio Moves and Prospect Research reports to the VP of Portfolio and Pipeline Analytics, while also collaborating closely with Database Analysts to generate, oversee, and monitor reporting of portfolio key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree Required Experience 5 years of progressively responsible job related experience. Experience in research and fundraising development services, with proven experience in portfolio management, preferably in a large healthcare system, university, or college environment. Required |
