Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, managing email campaigns, and ensuring the smooth execution of department projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Collaborate with the marketing team to support overall strategy and execution of marketing projects. Develop, manage, and monitor email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. Oversee the email approval process, ensuring timely reviews and adherence to compliance standards. Organize and maintain email development workspaces and associated assets for seamless workflow. Facilitate departmental projects by coordinating approvals and gathering necessary feedback from stakeholders. Create and update process documentation to ensure efficiency and clarity in marketing operations. Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate events to promote brand engagement and organizational goals. Maintain, update, and optimize website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing objectives. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance, meeting job expectations without excessive absenteeism or tardiness. Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the team's success in achieving its goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with writing compelling and engaging copy Interested in furthering knowledge of effective email marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalization and A/B testing Must be proficient & knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must be detail oriented and well organized Website experience in a CMS (WordPress, Salesforce) is a plus Adobe graphic design skills are a plus Ability to work in-person during the summer. Remote options are available during the school year Ability to use personal vehicle to attend occasional local community events Able to lift up to 20 lbs Able to stand and sit for various lengths of time Able to bend/twist and reach a limited amount of time Mostly office environment including: Light Manufacturing Environment Little to Medium noise level Moderate temperature ranges Enrolled in local College or University, preferably second year, in a marketing or similar field Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledgeable in current marketing trends |
