What We Do
Marketing Copywriter to craft compelling, engaging, and high-converting copy for various platforms, including websites, social media, emails, advertisements, brand campaigns, cross-channel marketing campaigns, and more. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of storytelling, brand voice, and persuasive writing techniques.
Essential Functions * Develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for brand campaigns, cross-channel marketing campaigns, websites, social media, email journeys, and other communication channels. * Partner with designers to develop concepts. * Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create cohesive messaging. * Work closely with stakeholders to translate business or technical jargon into easily understandable language, draft new content based on creative briefs, work with management for feedback and wording approvals, work with design for layout needs, and send out the final product. * Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. * Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. * Understand target audiences and industry trends. Job Complexities & Impact * Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors * Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action * Follows department processes and procedures and makes recommendations to these processes * Errors may cause significant delay of process development or problem resolution * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within and between departments No responsibility for the supervision of others Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used * Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills * Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role. * Strong understanding of brand tone, voice, and storytelling. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. * Strong research and analytical skills. * Strong interpersonal skills * Self-motivated; self-starter * Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Experience in writing for B2B businesses or the real estate industry is a plus. Typical Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Typical Range of Experience 4-7 years of experience as a copywriter with a portfolio that includes external marketing communications, brand campaigns, marketing campaigns, content, or customer-facing materials. The pay range for this role is $57,000.00 - $76,000.00 This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
