Exciting opportunity to lead and expand Maersk Training's presence in the USA We Offer The opportunity to perform in a challenging work environment and gain global exposure. Overseeing and driving all aspects of the business including sales, operations, finance, administration, HR and IT, the Managing Director will take responsibility for growing the top and bottom line and in doing so ensure a balance between profitability, sustainability, quality and high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The Managing Director reports to the CEO of Maersk Training. Key Responsibilities
Who we are looking for The right candidate is an experienced Manager, with a wide range of business experience; able to support, implement and sustain change and improvement - you are a self-starter with the sense of urgency required to get things done quickly and with high quality. You are commercially oriented and operationally astute and a Managing Director that can demonstrate a high performing track record.
You will lead from the front motivating and inspiring those around you. You must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA. Local candidates only; no relocation assistance is provided.
