Responsibilities
The System Integrator/Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud security projects that support the Sponsor's cyber defense mission. The individual will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure the successful implementation of secure cloud solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Leverage project management expertise to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of cloud security solutions.
- Maintain strong understand of current IT trends and technical developments, and leverage project management skills to support business unit objectives and IT initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report technical information and statistical data to support project needs.
- Prepare executive summaries, technical reports, management plans, briefing material, etc.
- Lead and/or participate in technical exchange meetings, engineering reviews, and meetings as directed by the Sponsor and record meeting minutes and actions.
- Develop and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Track and report project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Centralize project documentation and facilitate information sharing through project management tools.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, including resource competition and constraints.
- Lead team members to ensure problem resolution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Define long-term objectives to ensure alignment with Sponsor's future needs.
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline. BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of core project management processes, frameworks, methodologies, and tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Ability to analyze requirements and document them appropriately in a knowledge management repository.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with third parties and internal staff at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, self-starter.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Identifying complex problems and revieing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Working knowledge of cloud architectures
- Working knowledge of cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.)
