Project Manager- JBPM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JBPM UI Development and JBPM Solution Development along with domain expertise in Finance and Accounting. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that drive our companys success and contribute to societal advancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the development and deployment of JBPM UI solutions ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support for JBPM Solution Development ensuring best practices are followed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Manage project budgets timelines and resources ensuring efficient use of company assets.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
• Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in Finance and Accounting.
• Mentor and support team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in JBPM UI Development demonstrating proficiency in creating user-friendly interfaces.
• Have a strong background in JBPM Solution Development showcasing the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
• Demonstrate domain expertise in Finance and Accounting understanding the unique challenges and requirements of the industry.
• Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• Show strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Display a keen attention to detail ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
• Possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
• Have experience in a hybrid work model demonstrating the ability to work both remotely and on-site as needed.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
• Exhibit a customer-focused mindset ensuring project outcomes meet or exceed client expectations.
• Have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in Finance and Accounting ensuring compliance throughout project execution.
• Possess a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 showcasing formal project management training and expertise.

Certifications Required

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 02/18/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
