Job Description What You'll Do Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures. Anticipate the surgeon's needs with expert knowledge of instruments, equipment, and procedures. Assist with gowning, gloving, draping, and positioning of surgical team members and patients. Perform and verify instrument, sharps, and sponge counts in collaboration with the circulating nurse. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized operating room environment. Provide guidance and training to new team members through precepting. What You Need High School Diploma/equivalent & Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician training program. Certified Surgical Technician (CST) (TS-C) - Certification must be maintained.
