Essential Functions

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• Assists with training the new Associate Director in terms of budgets, operations management, accounts payable, timekeeping and whatever else is needed. This person could also assist in the Divisions if needed.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree preferred

AND

Experience:

• Two to five years of relevant experience preferred.
