*Non-Profit Program Coordinator*
Pay Rate: Competitive and Negotiable. + Benefits + Room for growth Location: Metro Detroit / Detroit *Pay Rate: $24.00/HR* Schedule Requirements: Between 730am to 530pm M-F Job Duties: Program Coordinator * Assist with set up and facilitation of Middle School Field Trip simulation events. * Implement and facilitate in-classroom and on-line programs. * Recruitment of educators for Company financial literacy/personal finance program within 10 county service-area. * Coordinate logistics of program delivery. * Establish and maintain great relationships with educators and school administrators. * Facilitate orientations and training for educators within 10 county service-area. * Collect surveys and testimonials from people, volunteers, and educators. * Incorporate best practices and follow standards and policies. * Utilize work management tools: work plans, spreadsheets, calendars, MS Teams, etc. * Ensure the timely entry of information and data into platform. * Participate in process improvement strategies. * Attend and participate in fundraising events. * Actively participate in 1:1 conversation with supervisor and complete tasks promptly. * Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience: * Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. * Experience with presenting to diverse groups (25+ people) * Familiar with youth development * Experience working with teenagers a plus * Knowledge of financial concepts a plus * Experience with CRMs, Google Sites, and Microsoft 365, including MS Teams * Exceptional typing and proof-reading skills * Experience with Justice, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging a plus. What our client is looking for: 3-5+ years of working within the Education System and able to create/maintain great relationships with Staff, Educators, to plan events that have to do with Teaching Financial Literacy to our Youth Ability to commute to office in Downtown Detroit daily, and other schools in the Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb County Areas Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work Proficient computer and customer service skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
