The VP will lead a high-performing team to manage the organization's technology infrastructure, applications portfolio, data management, and cybersecurity efforts. Collaborating with executive leadership and stakeholders, the role aims to align IT initiatives with business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and support growth strategies.

- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning IT with business goals.
- Define objectives, milestones, and KPIs for IT projects.
- Provide thought leadership on technology investments and innovation.
- Build and manage a high-performing Information Systems team.
- Establish governance frameworks for prioritizing IT solutions.
- Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance.
- Develop partnerships with vendors and industry leaders.
- Ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient IT infrastructure.
- Promote data integrity and analytics to support a data-driven culture.
- Implement effective project management practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends and drive continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $200,000- $300,000.
