Description Position at Zones LLC. The VP will lead a high-performing team to manage the organization's technology infrastructure, applications portfolio, data management, and cybersecurity efforts. Collaborating with executive leadership and stakeholders, the role aims to align IT initiatives with business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and support growth strategies. Define objectives, milestones, and KPIs for IT projects. Provide thought leadership on technology investments and innovation. Build and manage a high-performing Information Systems team. Establish governance frameworks for prioritizing IT solutions. Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance. Develop partnerships with vendors and industry leaders. Ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient IT infrastructure. Promote data integrity and analytics to support a data-driven culture. Implement effective project management practices. Stay informed on industry trends and drive continuous improvement. What you'll bring to the table: Visionary and strategic leadership with strong collaborative skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions. Experience in leading organizational change and technological transformation. Strong interpersonal and team-building skills. Commitment to customer service and operational excellence. Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Over 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in elevating the use of information systems. Strong background in IT governance, data management, analytics, systems architecture, and cybersecurity. Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $200,000- $300,000.
